Stephanie Brown - Mom Squad Physio, PT
Offering Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Stephanie is a registered physiotherapist and a graduate of Dalhousie University (2007), with a diverse background spanning hospital-based care, sports therapy, private practice, and pelvic health. For the past eight years, she has dedicated her clinical practice exclusively to women’s pelvic health.
She has training in the assessment and treatment of bladder incontinence, bowel dysfunction, and sexual dysfunction, and has completed additional courses in prenatal and postpartum care, recovery from cesarean (“belly birth”), pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic trauma. Her compassionate, evidence-informed approach supports women through all stages of life.
Stephanie is a strong advocate for better postpartum care and is a long-standing member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, including the Pelvic Health and Reproductive Health Division.

Madison Hargreaves

Madison (she/her) is a Reiki practitioner, soon-to-be clinical social worker (Fall 2025), program developer, and meditation instructor. She is deeply committed to integrating emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual elements in the pursuit of holistic healing and recovery. Drawing from her own lived experience with the interplay of complex trauma, chronic stress, and autoimmune conditions, Madison offers a compassionate, integrative approach to care.
She incorporates gentle, light-touch Reiki healing, sound therapy, aromatherapy, and therapeutic touch to help clients release energetic blockages and reconnect with their innate capacity for wellness. Fun fact: the atoms and molecules in the human body are composed of approximately 99% energy. Reiki works by channeling life force energy to support balance and harmony in the body, potentially easing the underlying energetic disruptions linked to physical or emotional dis-ease.

Cassidy Klein Physiotherapy

Cassidy holds a dual masters degree from Dalhousie University. She is most passionate about orthopaedic and pelvic health populations, where she uses exercise to help strengthen and improve patient mobility and function.
Cassidy’s approach to physiotherapy focuses on fostering independence by equipping patients with the tools and guidance needed to reach their goals.
She strives to provide a combination of education, manual therapy, and exercise that best fit the patients’ needs through individualized treatment plans.
She hopes to provide education that supports injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall longevity, that is both fun and meaningful to the patient.

Meet Shannon
Shannon (they/them) is a Registered Massage Therapist who takes a thorough approach to health, considering all the different moving pieces of “wellness”. They love the privilege of getting to know their clients and their lives, and helping them see their true potential for pain free, fearless movement.
Identity and mental wellness play a huge role in our pain perception and how we feel, which is why Shannon sees great importance in creating a space that is not only safe for members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent community but is designed to make us feel comfortable and live in the belief that our wellness is a priority. Specifically, Shannon has found a passion for treating scar tissue, with a focus on surgical scars and the road to feeling at-home in your body after gender-affirming surgery.
Background
Shannon graduated Class of 2018 from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Working in Chiro Clinics and Wellness Centers for the first 5 years of their career, Shannon then went on to open Tidal Soul Wellness Centre on Oxford Street, which lived a beautiful 2 years before the building it occupied was set for demolition. Now, Shannon is excited to be a part of a team again and have so many incredible clinicians to refer you to, all under one roof.

Renee Sharpe

Renee is a Registered Acupuncturist and member of the Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Nova Scotia.
As an acupuncturist, Somatic Experiencing trainee and community worker, she focuses her treatments on both physical and emotional safety, wellness, and empowerment.
Renee has a strong background in community work, and brings an anti-oppression, and anti-violence approach to her work; as someone with working class roots she is committed to making acupuncture accessible.
With the goal of supporting people to feel safe in their bodies and in community, Renee works to support nervous system regulation, digestive issues, body pain, headaches, sleep concerns, and mental and emotional health - through acupuncture, fire cupping, acupressure massage and gua sha.
